PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device excellent in a click characteristic, and reduced in thickness. SOLUTION: The switch device 1 is composed of: a dome 7 for a switch, which is arranged by covering a contact part 5A on a board 3 while setting the contact part nearly at the center, and formed of a flexible bowl-shaped conductive material capable of coming into contact with/separating from the contact part 5A; a light reflecting type dome-holding sheet 9 holding the dome 7 for a switch by arranging the dome at a predetermined position on the board 3; an upper sheet 17 having a dot part 15 facing a top part of the dome 7 for a switch; a spacer 11 arranged under the upper sheet 17 by surrounding the circumference of the dome 7 for a switch, and having a hole 11A; and a light emitter 13 arranged between the upper sheet 17 and the dome-holding sheet 9, and illuminating the dome-holding sheet 9.
