<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio terminal capable of electrically conducting a case-side conductive portion and a substrate-side reference potential portion without using a member such as a spring contact as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 1 includes: a conductive structure unit 100 formed on an inner surface side of a rear case 2b; a circuit board 70 including reference potential pattern layers 75a, 75b; a first connector 71 mounted on the circuit board 70; a second connector 91 connected to the first connector 71; and a flexible printed circuit board 90 including a touch section 95 in which the second connector 91 is mounted and a ground pattern 96 is exposed.
