<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system in which the quality of water can be improved by a simple and inexpensive constitution and from which the treated water can be supplied as daily water. <P>SOLUTION: Water is stored in a tank 2 and the water in the tank 2 is circulated through circulation water lines 10, 15 by using a circulation pump 12. A microbe treatment unit 5 is arranged in the tank 2 in such a position that the water, which is circulated and returned into the tank 2, falls down like a shower. The microbe treatment unit 5 is provided with a filter medium case 6 and activated carbon 7 housed in the filter medium case. A microbe lives in the activated carbon 7 and removes organic matter in the circulating water to clean the circulating water. When it is confirmed by a water quality sensor 21 that the organic matter in the water in the tank 2 is almost removed, ozone is mixed in the circulating water by an ozone mixing unit 3 to sterilize the circulating water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
