PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet capable of surely preventing the escape of a functional member charged in a steric net knit fabric. SOLUTION: When a functional member 3 is pushed into each coarse mesh hole 21a and charged into each holding pocket 5, the functional member 3 is surrounded by a front knit fabric 21, a back knit fabric 22 and a connecting yarn 23 and tightly held in the thickness space W of the steric net knit fabric 2. The steric net knit fabric 2 holding the functional member 3 is charged in this state into an oven and subjected to dry heating for about 20 min at about 140-150°C to cause the thermal shrinkage of the steric net knit fabric 2 to shrink the coarse mesh hole 21a to a state to prevent the falling off of the functional member 3 and complete the formation of the composite sheet 1.
