A permanent magnet synchronous motor for a discharge pump is provided, which comprises a permanent magnet rotor (2) driving an impeller (1) to rotate, a pump body (3) supporting the permanent magnet rotor (2), a stator core (5) and a stator coil (4) which winding is aluminum enameled wire winding that is sealed in a container (10). The stator coil (4) winding and especially a leading-out welding part (9) in the permanent magnet synchronous motor for a discharge pump are sealed by plastics or epoxy resin, thereby the stator coil winding and the leading-out welding part (9) are separated from the ambient air and especially the wet air, and theproblems of the oxidization and corrosion of the aluminum enameled wire winding and welding part (9) are solved and the application of the aluminum enameled wire to the permanent magnet synchronous motor for a discharge pump is realized.
