A multi-channel heater control apparatus is provided to stabilize the phase-to-phase voltage of the heater control apparatus, to reduce the sudden current variation and the reactive power and to increase the transformer efficiency and the heater efficiency. A multi-channel heater control apparatus wave-rectifies the AC220V / three phase power source to the DC290V power source. The multi-channel heater control apparatus removes the unbalance of the phase-to-phase voltage fundamentally by dispersing all phase currents into the same heater at the same time. For controlling the sudden change of the driving current, the output period and the voltage width of the heater o to the heater 23 are changed. And then the control cycle is dispersed and the current of 24 heaters is dispersed. |
