A clip for a shopping cart using an outer clip is provided to separate a horizontal frame from a fixed frame immediately so that a user can detach a rear door of the shopping cart, thereby enabling a repairman to fix the shopping cart easily. A clip(1) for a shopping cart using an outer clip comprises an inner clip(10) and an outer clip(20). The inner clip surrounding a horizontal frame prevents the horizontal frame from being separated. The outer clip surrounding a loop frame is combined with the inner clip. The horizontal frame connects both sides of a basket of the shopping cart. The loop frame is combined with an external of the inner clip. The outer clip prevents the loop frame and the inner clip from being separated.
