An earth plate of electric supply poles is provided stably to fixed to an electric pole through an earth panel fixed by an earth rod. An earth plate for electric supply poles includes a supporting and attaching unit(200) fixed along an external circle of a lower portion of an electric pole, an earth rod(300) inserted into the supporting and attaching unit along the length of the supporting and attaching unit, and an earth panel(400) coupled to the earth rod by being inserted into the lower portion of the supporting and attaching unit. As a protrusion rib(216) is extended in the external direction of an insertion hole, an earth panel is stably to the supporting and attaching unit by the protrusion rib.
