A memory disk, a servo information recording method, a disk device and a manufacturing method of the disk device are provided to suppress the generation of bad track due to servo information read error by controlling the actuator according to the servo information of a disk medium read by the head. A disk device comprises a disk medium(10) including one kind of servo information selected from various kinds of servo information which are recorded by changing recording parameters in the same format, an actuator moving a head in the radial direction of the disk medium, and a control circuit controlling the actuator according to the servo information of the disk medium read by the head. The control circuit stores information about the selected servo information and extracts servo information from the read-out output of the head by using the stored information about the servo information.
