<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof apparatus for a wire harness capable of easily securing waterproof property. <P>SOLUTION: This waterproof apparatus prevents the flood into the inside of a housing through a wire harness 1 drawn through an opening part of the housing composed of a container part 4 and a lid part 5. Around the opening part of the housing, a rubber member 2 attached to the container part 4 and a sponge member 3 attached to the lid part 5 are provided. By tucking the wire harness 1 with the rubber member 2 and the sponge member 3, a slot for drawing the wire harness is waterproofed. A binding member 11 binds a plurality of wire harnesses 1.
