<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance assemblability of an ultrasonic actuator, and also to install a supporting portion between an actuator main body and a case with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic actuator (2) includes an actuator main body (3) that generates a drive force by having and vibrating a piezoelectric device, a case (4) for accommodating the actuator main body (3), and at least two supporting rubbers (51, 51) interveningly provided between the actuator main body (3) and the case (4), for elastically supporting the actuator main body (3) from the both sides of a predetermined supporting direction.
