<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a laminated core wherein the magnetic pole teeth and the like of a laminated core can be formed in any shape. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus is so constructed that a stator laminated core 11 for motors is manufactured by: sequentially press-punching a band-like electromagnetic steel plate 10, continuously fed to press stations S1 to S4, at each of press stations S1 to S4 to form core pieces 16 to 18 having a predetermined magnetic pole tooth shape; and sequentially laminating the core pieces 16 or the like in the axial direction. This manufacturing apparatus includes: a first station S1 for press-punching the electromagnetic steel plate 10 in a variable position or in the same position at every press cycle to form part of the shape of the magnetic pole teeth 13 of the core pieces 16 or the like; and a second station S2 for press-punching the electromagnetic steel plate 10 in a fixed position to form other part of the shape of the magnetic pole teeth 13 of the core pieces 16 or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
