<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle communication system provided with an in-vehicle device and a plurality of distributing devices for storing data received from the in-vehicle device and distributing the stored data to the in-vehicle device to be able to secure the reliability of data stored in each distributing device. <P>SOLUTION: When a distributing device 2a is started, a control part 20 determines whether an operation has been normally finished when the preceding operation stops. When the operation is determined to have been abnormally finished, the control part 20 receives data stored in the DB of the other distributing device 2b from the other distributing device 2b and stores the data in its own DB.
