<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently heating various heating objects by optimally arranging a plurality of power feed parts on a heating chamber wall surface, and optimizing frequencies and phase differences of microwaves radiated from the respective power feed parts. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave generation part 1 includes: oscillation parts 2a and 2b; power distribution parts 3a and 3b; amplification parts 5a-5d; a heating chamber 8 for storing a heating object therein; the power feed parts 7a-7d which are arranged on the wall surface of the heating chamber 8, and to which the output of the microwave generation part 1 is transmitted to radiate and supply the microwaves into the heating chamber 8; and phase variation parts 4a-4d inserted in a microwave transmission path; and can achieve high-efficiency heating to various heating objects by minimizing reflected power by variably controlling phase differences and oscillation frequencies of the microwaves output from the power feed parts 7a-7d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
