<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use as many functions as possible. <P>SOLUTION: Electronic equipment capable of executing a plurality of functions is provided with: a means for detecting a used function actually executed in the equipment; and a means for detecting any non-used function other than the detected used function from among all functions mounted on the equipment, and for generating information about the non-used function.
