<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which can be improved in working efficiency when replacing a seal ring inserted into an insert die. <P>SOLUTION: The seal ring 50 has an inner peripheral body part 54 and an inner peripheral enlarged diameter part 55 and is configured to position an inner peripheral step part 56 between the inner peripheral enlarged diameter part 55 and the inner peripheral body part 54 by making the internal diameter of the inner peripheral enlarged diameter part 55 greater than the internal diameter of the inner peripheral body part 54 and, therefore, when the seal ring 50 is taken out from the insert die 22, the inner peripheral step part 56 is utilized (for example, by making a taking-out tool be engaged with the inner peripheral step part 56) and pushing the seal ring 50 upward, and the seal ring 50 is pushed upward and, thereby, the seal ring 50 can be easily taken-out from a fitting hole part 22b.
