PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage resin coating excellent in sound absorbing characteristics in a low frequency region and in heat insulating characteristics and capable of achieving heat control. SOLUTION: The heat storage resin coating 1 comprises a resin coating 11 and a heat storage material 12 filling the resin coating 11 as dispersed. The resin coating 11 comprises a silicone resin, an acrylic resin or the like. The heat storage material 12 comprises microcapsules containing a phase change substance.
