PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line-delivering device so as not to entangle the line, even on returning the drawn out line. SOLUTION: This line-housing body 8 installed in an enveloping container 2, houses fishing line 10, being capable of being drawn out from a line-passing hole 6 formed at the enveloping container 2 and also not being able to be wound back. A cylinder 12 is installed inside the enveloping container 2 so as to surround the line-passing hole 6, and the fishing line 10 of the line-housing body 8 is drawn from the line-passing hole 6 by having it pass through the inside of the cylinder.
