The present invention is related to a pharmaceutical composition comprising humanized anti-4-1BB antibody (HBBK4) for treating cancer by inducing increase of CD11+CD8+ T cell and IFN-gamma, and inhibiting proliferation of cancer cells, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and the use. Accordingly, it can be useful in the prevention or treatment of cancer without adverse response.
