ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

An electric actuator includes torque limiting means having contact sections (14a, 14b) of a carrier (14), a torque resistance section (28), and a microswitch (31). The torque limiting means prevents rotational force that exceeds a predetermined load from being transmitted to an output screw shaft (4) via a power transmission mechanism for transmitting rotational force of an electric motor (3) to the output shaft (4) or via a reduction gear mechanism for transmitting rotational force of an indicator needle lever (27) to the output screw shaft (4).
