Biodegradable bone cement having radiation impenetrability and biocompatibility is provided to enable an operator to inject the biodegradable bone cement into a fracture area in order to improve effect of vertebroplasty. A manufacturing method for biodegradable bone cement having radiation impenetrability and biocompatibility comprises the following steps. A poly (propylene fumarate)(PPF) is synthesized with dimethylfumarate(DEF) and propylene glycol(PG) as components, and zinc chloride(ZnCl2) as a catalyst, and hydroquinone(Hq) as a polymerization inhibitor(A). The PPF is dissolved in an N-vinyl pyrrolidone(N-VP) and mixed uniformly(B). A tetra calcium phosphate and an anhydrous dicalcium phosphate are dissolved in the N-VP/PPF solution(C). A baking powder is dissolved in the solution of the step(C) and solidified at a room temperature. |
