A method of protecting a service deny attack based on TCP(Transport Control Protocol) on a mobile device for reducing the battery consumption is provided to defend a service denial attack type for wasting the battery power of a mobile virus. A base station(100) transmits a connection request packet in which the connection request flag is set to the specific port of the mobile device(200). The reception of the connection request packet transmitted from the base station is confirmed. A TCP state on a mobile device is transmitted from a first state to a second state. The mobile device transmits a connection request response packet in which the connection request and acknowledge confirm flag are set to the base station.
