METHOD TO ACTIVATE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT MEANS IN MOBILE TERMINAL AND ACTIVITY SERVER THEREOF

An electronic payment unit activation method and an activation server are provided to activate an electronic payment unit mounted in a mobile terminal in inactivated state, as soon as a user wants the activation, and to make an application process thereof conducted easily and quickly. Usage authentication is requested for an inactivated electronic payment unit by using subscriber personal information of a user terminal and first intrinsic ID information of the inactivated electronic payment unit(S601). Authentication for the first intrinsic ID information is performed to determine usage approval for the inactivated electronic payment unit. A type of a subscriber is perceived by using the subscriber personal information(S610). A first parameter value matched with the type of the perceived subscriber is provided to a user terminal together with usage approval(S612). The first parameter value is set in the user terminal, and an electronic payment unit is activated, then charges are paid according to the first parameter value(S614).
