摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound-around composite electrolyte membrane with excellent anisotropic ionic conductivity and excellent strength and dimensional stability against face pressure, especially in a thickness direction, its manufacturing method, a solid polymer fuel cell with easy temperature management, and its manufacturing method suited for mass production. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell is at least provided with a unit cell composed of a wound-around composite electrolyte membrane made of a polymer electrolyte layer and a polymer membrane layer for reinforcement having the polymer electrolyte layer and the polymer membrane layer for reinforcement alternately wound around in a plane direction of the composite electrolyte membrane, electrode parts each consisting of a catalyst layer and a diffusion layer at either side of the wound-around composite electrolyte membrane, a separator outside, and a cooling part equipped with a cooling flow channel further outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
