<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a hook for preventing opening and projection of a case. <P>SOLUTION: A locking plate is slide-fitted into a locking plate insertion space 8 in the case from an opening 7 provided downward from the upper end of one side of both peripheral walls overlapped on the inside and outside of a box 1 and a lid 3 of the case A. The hook 10 is provided by means of a U-shaped notch directed inward from the end edge of the opening side of at least one peripheral wall, and the projection, which is fitted into the notch to engage to the hook when the locking plate has been inserted, is provided at the end on the opposite side to the slide-fitting direction on the upper face of the locking plate. A bolt material of the cylindrical locking plate arranged in series is passed through the inner face of both side walls of the case upon closing of the case and securing means, which are pushed back accompanied with insertion of the locking plate and are secured upon completion of the insertion, are provided on the locking plate and the case.
