<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a thermoplastic resin composition capable of obtaining the thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and a cellulose nano-fiber, and a manufacturing method for a molded article using the thermoplastic resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: A water-dispersion body of the cellulose nano-fiber and the thermoplastic resin (for example, polylactic acid resin) are mixed by a stirring machine to obtain the thermoplastic resin composition. Further, the stirring machine is provided with a mixing chamber for performing mixing, and a moisture content contained in the water-dispersion body is vaporized by mixing to preferably pressurize the inside of the mixing chamber. Further, the vegetable material can be simultaneously mixed. In the manufacturing method for the molded article, the thermoplastic resin composition is subjected to extrusion-molding or injection-molding, to form the molded article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
