PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a window low-priority to a user when the number of windows increases.

SOLUTION: When a cellphone 1 is performed with operation to change size of one window in such a state that the plurality of windows are displayed on a display part 107, the cellphone 1 decides whether or not it is possible to make the display part 107 display the respective windows without overlapping them after the size change. The cellphone 1 minimizes the window having a largest size change frequency of the window in the window except the size-changed window if it cannot display the respective windows on the display part 107 without overlapping them after the size change.
