<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag identification system, a tag reader, and a tag position determination method. <P>SOLUTION: In the tag identification system, a tag reader for transmitting a calling signal and a plurality of tags consecutively arranged are provided. The plurality of tags replies to the calling signals in response to the received calling signals.
