<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual authentication medium issuing system and an individual authentication medium issuing method, which are extremely excellent in security property, in which forgery by duplicating the whole individual authentication medium is extremely difficult. <P>SOLUTION: An issuing number preliminarily assigned to an individual authentication medium in an unissued state is read, a hash value is generated from the read issuing number and issuing information of the individual authentication medium, an electronic signature is formed from the generated hash value, necessary face information is printed on a printing surface of the individual authentication medium based on the issuing information, and the issuing information, the hash value and the electronic signature are recorded in an IC chip of the individual authentication medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
