PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an indicator apparatus to electronic equipment, which does not require a private screw member for fixing a wiring board and can precisely maintain a position relation of a light source part of the wiring board and a lens member while an increase of the number of components is suppressed. SOLUTION: The mounting structure is provided with the indicator apparatus 10 comprising the wiring board 31 to which LED 32 is mounted and a lens 11 transmitting light from LED 32, and with a housing 3 of a television device 1 with disk device to which the indicator apparatus 10 is mounted. The lens 11 has a board depressing part 15 depressing a rear face of the wiring board 31 forward. The housing 3 comprises a rib 7 depressing a front face of the wiring board 31 backward. The wiring board 31 is fixed by holding the wiring board 31 between the board depressing part 15 and the rib 7 in a state where the wiring board 31 is positioned against the lens 11 by mounting the lens 11 to the housing 3.
