摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle capable of sure and easy rotation speed feed back control without divergence of rotation speed feed back by correction of an operation parameter. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a control means 30 executing feed back control to converge engine rotation speed ne to target rotation speed by correcting the operation parameter during catalyst quick warming up control, and a half-joining clutch condition detection means 75 detecting a half-joining clutch condition of a clutch 50 connecting and disconnecting a power transmission route according to a manual operation input. A control means 30 operates at least one of correction values of proportional correction quantity I corresponding to deviation e of the engine rotation speed ne from the target rotation speed and integration correction quantity I corresponding to integration value of the deviation e every fixed period and corrects the operation parameter by the correction quantity, and regulates increase of integration correction quantity I if significant rotation speed drop which tends to increase the deviation e occurs during catalyst warming up control and the half-joining clutch condition is detected by the clutch condition detection means 75.
