PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain outlet device of a sink of a kitchen, which enables a drainage member to be easily detached from a drain outlet in the state of relieving a worker's discomfort to the utmost, and which enables it to be easily determined whether or not the drainage member has to be cleaned, by enabling the sure checking of contaminated state even if the drainage member is not detached by being gripped with his/her hand. SOLUTION: This drain outlet device is equipped with the drainage member 2 for being installed in the drain outlet 1, and a lifting means 3 for lifting the drainage member 2 above the drain outlet 1.
