PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic sliding bearing which contributes to reduction of costs per location where the elastic sliding bearing is set. SOLUTION: The elastic sliding bearing is formed of: an inserting body 7 which is arranged on either a lower structure 4 or an upper structure 3, and has an inserting portion 7b protruding to the other one of the structures; an inserted body 9 which is arranged on the other one of the structures, perpendicularly opposed to the inserting body 7, and has an inserted portion 9a into which the inserting portion 7b of the inserting body 7 is inserted; and an elastic body 8 interposed between the inserting body 7 and the inserted body 9 at a location other than the inserting portion 7b of the inserting body 7. Either the inserting body 7 or the inserted body 9 is immobilized, and the inserting body 7 and the inserted body 9 are engageable with each other when the lower structure 4 and the upper structure 3 are relatively horizontally displaced.
