PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulated substance soluble at use, which has a lower specific volume than that of a conventional one, excellent fluidity, reduces an unpleasant taste of an active ingredient and is convenient for administration, preparation and portability, is easily administered by quickly suspending in warm water, water etc., and contains a vitamin E. SOLUTION: The vitamin preparation soluble at the time of use comprises a granulated substance obtained by mixing a solid vitamin E with a nonionic surfactant, granulating the mixture while adding water to give a granulated substance, mixing the granulated substance with inositol hexanicotinate and/or a nicotinic acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive, and granulating the mixture in the presence of an alcohol.
