PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior trim part for a vehicle allowing more improvement of work efficiency for mounting on a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A rear spoiler 10 is provided with a spoiler main body 11 having a mounting surface 11c mounted on a back door 3 and an opening 11e formed on the mounting surface 11c, a stop lamp 12 assembled to the spoiler main body 11, and a harness 13 having a connecting part 13e connected to the stop lamp 12, extending in the spoiler main body 11 and derived to the outside of the spoiler main body 11 via the opening 11e. The opening 11e of the spoiler main body 11 is provided with a projecting part 20 projecting from an inner peripheral surface 11g of the opening 11e and forming a groove 30 opened in the peripheral direction of the inner peripheral surface 11g between the inner peripheral surface 11g and the projecting part 20.
