PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder capable of suppressing a solvent produced by the drying of an image printed on a recording medium from being scattered to the periphery on the outside of a machine from the ejected recording medium, thereby feducing the scattering of the solvent and also securing stability of the image. SOLUTION: The image recorder includes a recording part 100 printing the image on the recording medium P by using recording material containing the solvent in a housing 50, and is constituted to collect vapor of the solvent produced from the recording material printed on the recording medium P at an ejection spot where the recording medium is ejected from the housing 50.
