PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce worsening of an image quality incident to a gap of a formation position of dots when a recording head is attached inclining to an inkjet recorder. SOLUTION: The recorder carries out time sharing driving of recording elements as blocks at positions discrete in a recording element array for every block while the recording head having the recording element array with a plurality of the recording elements arranged thereat is scanned in a forward and a backward directions. The recorder includes a storage means for storing recording data, an acquiring means which acquires information related to an inclination to a main scan direction of the recording element array in each of the forward direction scan and backward direction scan of the recording head, and a changing means which can change for each recording element a storage position in the main scan direction of the recording data in the storage means which is given to the recording elements within a group when the continuous recording elements belonging to each block in the recording element array are made into the group, on the basis of the information in each of the forward direction scan and backward direction scan acquired by the acquiring means.
