PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that various problems are indicated from a hygienic standpoint or a standpoint of expense when kitchen waste is treated in a modern society but outdated ideas are not overturned as before, however, recently a method for treating kitchen waste by using a microbe is developed and improved little by little but there are still such unsolved problems that the treating time of kitchen waste is too long and a residue is generated and the epoch-making improvement of such a system is desired that kitchen waste is collected at a kitchen waste-pickup point from every home, the collected kitchen waste is transported to a treatment facility and the transported kitchen waste is burned in the treatment facility, in other words, if such a system is established that the discharged kitchen waste is annihilated or decomposed there at once, the system can make hygienic, economical and global contribution. SOLUTION: If basic constituent atoms of kitchen waste consist almost of hydrogen and oxygen and the history of this organic body is understood, the following idea takes shape. Repetitive laboratory tests prove that kitchen waste can be annihilated quite easily if an oxidizer friendly to the environment is used as a catalyst, a suitable decomposition apparatus is used and atoms constituting kitchen waste are decomposed separately.
