PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weak current treatment tool enhancing energizing efficiency, reducing stimulation sensation, and further suppressing the risk of infection diseases at minimum. SOLUTION: The weak current treatment tool is equipped with an electroconductive single electrode body 1 in which a surface coming in contact with the affected site of a human body is formed in a convex curved face shape or a planar shape, a plurality of grooves 5 are engraved in the surface of the single electrode body 1 in a radial shape or a longitudinal and lateral grid shape, energizing points for reducing the electric stimulation to the affected site of a human are formed by a plurality of cross outer rim portions 6 in an acute angle shape or an right angle shape formed in cross positions of the respective groove 5 themselves, and the cross outer rim portions 6 are formed so as not to protrude from the level of the surface of the single electrode body 1.
