PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an eating and drinking space on the surface of a table widely and to provide reliable and uniform merchandise providing services without merchandise falling from plates during conveyance. SOLUTION: In a circulating food counter including a conveying passage 16 for conveying merchandise, an identification ID 24 for recording information for identifying a table of an ordering customer is disposed on a plate 14, a push mechanism 26 for pushing the plate 14 below a table 18 on the outer circumference of the conveying passage 16 is disposed, a conveyance mechanism 34 for conveying the plate 14 pushed by the push mechanism 26 is disposed, a lift mechanism 38 for moving the plate 14 to a take-out port 36 on the upper surface of the table 18 is disposed at the end of the conveyance mechanism 34, the commodity on the plate 14 which is ordered by an order terminal 47 placed on each table 18 is supplied on the conveying passage 16, the identification ID information is read by reading means 44 placed on each table 18, the push mechanism 26, the conveyance mechanism 34, and the lift mechanism 38 are operated only when the table 18 of the ordering customer is identified, and the plate 14 is moved to the take-out port 36 on the upper surface of the table 18.
