PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a target characteristic of equalizing processing to an audio signal which is performed in order to suppress sound quality deterioration involved in filtering (β characteristic giving) for noise canceling a decorrelation from the β characteristic in a noise canceling system by a FB (feedback) system. SOLUTION: This signal processor is provided with a first equalizing means for equalizing an input audio signal to a first target characteristic to generate a first equalization signal, and a second equalizing means for equalizing the input audio signal to a second target characteristic to generate a second equalization signal, wherein the first equalization signal is added to a prestage of filtering to be inserted into a feedback loop in a FB system, and the second equalization signal is added to a poststage. Consequently, the target characteristic of equalizing processing applied to an audio signal for sound quality deterioration suppression can be made to be a decorrelation from the β characteristic.
