A gas container transferring apparatus is provided to isolate a gas container when the gas container leaks toxic gas and deal with the gas container in order to minimize a processing time for the gas container and improve work efficiency. A gas container transferring apparatus(1) comprises the following units. An inner space(11) of a main body(10) which includes an open part is open to an external. An opening unit(20) installed on one side of the open part of the main body opens or closes the inner space. A moving unit is rotated in a lower part of the main body. A controller(40) positioned in one side of the main body controls rotation of the moving unit. A pressure gauge(50) mounted inside the inner space displays pressure of the inner space.
