PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling work by reducing the number of components, and to miniaturize applicable equipment. SOLUTION: This power transmission device comprises a driven side magnetic unit 40 provided on a rotor 20, and a driving side magnetic unit 50 provided on a driving plate 30. The driving side magnetic unit 50, which extends from an end face 31 of the driving plate 30 in the form of crossing a plane including a driving side rotation axial center KC, has a first rotating operation part 51R to be displaced from a site opposite to the driven side magnetic unit 40 inward along the radial direction of the driving plate 30 in sequence when the driving plate 30 is rotated around the driving side rotation axial center KC in one direction, and a second rotating operation part 51L to be displaced from the site opposite to the driven side magnetic unit 40 outward along the radial direction of the driving plate 30 in sequence when the driving plate 30 is rotated around the driving side rotation axial center KC in one direction.
