A system, a server, and a method for offering learning and simulation games are provided to enable an M&A simulation server to assign a virtual company to a user terminal and to provide learning data for M&A to the user terminal, so that a service user can learn knowledge on the M&A. A user terminal(110) writes and transmits M&A planning data by using M&A target enterprise information. An M&A simulation game providing server(130) carries out an M&A simulation of an M&A target enterprise. A wire/wireless communication network(120) mediates data transceiving between the user terminal and the M&A simulation game providing server. A virtual company information DB stores a lot of virtual company information. A merging candidate company information DB stores a lot of merging candidate company information. |
