A drying device of food waste is provided to maintain airtightness of the filter mesh and receiving part solidly and consistently without a separate complicated fixing unit, and to allow a user to airtightly place the filter mesh on the receiving part in a simple manner by forming a magnet on a filter mesh and on a receiving part of the device body in which the filter mesh is received. A drying device of food waste comprises a container-shaped filter mesh(100), a body, and a magnetic body. The filter mesh has a circumferential surface made of a mesh to discharge the cleaning water from a mixture of cleaning water and food waste after filtering the food waste, and the filter mesh has a first magnet(300) formed on a bottom part thereof. The body has an inner depressed portion formed on an upper end thereof such that the filter mesh is inserted and placed into the inner depressed portion. The body has a drain formed on a side thereof to drain the cleaning water discharged from the filter mesh through the drain. The drying device of food waste further comprises a receiving part(400) which is formed on a bottom side of the body, and in which a food waste inlet is formed. The magnetic body is formed on a circumference of the food garbage inlet correspondingly to the first magnet to airtightly adhere the filter mesh and receiving part to each other by interacting magnetic force of the magnetic body and first magnet to prevent the cleaning water drained through the drain from flowing into the food waste inlet. |
