A method, a device and a system for the non-card device accessing personal network are provided, enabling the non-card device to register to personal network. The non-card device permitted to access personal network is distributed a personal network element identifier by judging whether to permit the non-card device to access personal network or not, sending personal network element identifier to the non-card device permitted to access personal network. A personal network management and a connection system are also provided.
