THE MANUFACTURE METHOD OF HEAT PIPE USING BRAZING PROCESS AND HEAT PIPE

A method for manufacturing a heat pipe using a brazing process and the heat pipe using the same are provided to guarantee a wide heat-transfer area of an external case by forming a heat pipe structure while performing boding of a serial brazing process. A method for manufacturing a heat pipe using a brazing process comprises the following steps of: preparing a plate forming an upper/lower plate by performing a clad metal process on a surface of a base material(S10); processing a mold to form the upper/lower plate of a square channel or an elliptic shape(S20); bonding the upper/lower plate by using the brazing process(S30); and injecting operation fluid into space formed between the plates(S40).
