A micro spin processor apparatus for cleaning and drying a small-sized bio-chip is provided to simplify the structure and reduce the manufacturing cost of the structure by obtaining the rotation drive with the pulley and belt device connected to the conventional motor without use of expensive hollow motor. The micro spin processor apparatus for cleaning and drying a small-sized bio-chip comprises (a) a suction device for supplying the external air into the housing, (b) a rotation maintenance tool(15) for rotating an object, located within the housing, (c) a first pulley belt device for rotating the rotation maintenance tool, (d) a second pulley belt device for delivering the driving force into the first pulley belt device, connected to the first pulley belt device via pulley-connecting belt, (e) a drive motor(26) for delivering the driving force into the second pulley belt device, (f) a compound supply arm(14) for supplying the compound to the object, and (g) a drain device for draining the compound, connected to the rotation maintenance tool.
