<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizing method against oxidization of vegetable oil and animal oil, and pigment, such as astaxanthin, canthaxanthin. <P>SOLUTION: Urea of 0.1-40 wt.% is added to animal/vegetable oil and processed with sufficient temperature and time so as to reduce an anisidine value. Furthermore, an antioxidant, such as tocopherol, ascorbic acid is added. Thus, the pigment can be stabilized by mixing astaxanthin or canthaxanthin in the stabilized oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
