<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizing method against oxidization of vegetable oil and animal oil, and pigment, such as astaxanthin, canthaxanthin. <P>SOLUTION: Urea of 0.1-40 wt.% is added to animal/vegetable oil and processed with sufficient temperature and time so as to reduce an anisidine value. Furthermore, an antioxidant, such as tocopherol, ascorbic acid is added.
