<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communications equipment capable of reducing consumed power to the utmost, without impairing responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communications equipment include a plurality of antennas 7 for communicating a wireless tag; an antenna switching part 6 for selecting and switching one antenna 7 from among the plurality of the antennas 7; a sensor 14 for detecting a reading object and detecting the distance between it and the reading object; an antenna information part 16a for associating any one antenna 7 among the plurality of the antennas 7 as a predetermined antenna 7 corresponding to its distance, based on the distance which the sensor 14 detects; and a control part 13 for communicating with the wireless tag, by switching the antennas by the antenna switching part 6, referring to the antenna information part 16a based on the distance detected by the sensor 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
